ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and sent to our international warehouses within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information when your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

• Standard Insured Shipping: 5 to 17 business days (Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders).
• Express Insured Shipping: 1 to 5 business days (Cost calculated at checkout).

DELAYS & COURIER RESPONSIBILITY Once the package leaves our international warehouse and is handed over to the courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, local post, etc.), ProAdikt is NOT responsible for any transport delays. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping companies, not by us. Customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical issues may cause delays entirely out of our control.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES / WRONG ADDRESS It is the customer's absolute responsibility to provide a 100% correct address and a valid phone number. If a package is returned or destroyed by the courier because of an incorrect/incomplete address, or because the customer was unreachable, no refunds will be issued.
